Under the Albanian Legislation in force the Buyer is entitle to pay the notary fee for the Final Sale-Purchase Contract, and the governmental fees with Immovable Property Registration Office, related to the registration of the Contract and Withdrawing the Ownership Certificate. It is calculates as follows;

100,000 ALL – 6,000,000 ALL          0.35        %

6,000,000 ALL – 15,000.000 ALL          0.30        %

15,000,000 ALL – 50,000,000 ALL               0.28        %

To the above percentages is added VAT .

The buyer also has the duty to cover the governmental fees with Immovable Property Registration Office, related to the registration of the Contract and issue of the new Ownership Certificate approximately 9000 All

The tax for transferring the ownership title from the Seller to the Buyer under the current laws in force, must be paid by the Seller. This tax is calculated as 15% of the Earning made by the Seller . ( Selling price minus Acquisition price or reevaluation price multiplied by 0.15 )

Notary fee for the Pre-sale Purchase Contract is approximately 85-90 Euro. This fee is covered by the Buyer.
